Our Creative Support Department have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years, ensuring your artwork is in the best hands.

You will receive a visual proof, showing your artwork on the relevant garment in order to approve before we proceed to production. See more detail of this below.

We are happy to answer all of your questions regarding artwork requirements and limitations, embellishment sizes, suitability for different methods and more

Just send us your artwork and we will take care of the rest – setting it up and optimising it as required, and creating any necessary outputs or specialist files.

Our friendly and skilled team in the Creative Support department at Direct Textiles offer full advice and consultation, working alongside you to ensure your artwork is prepared for print or embroidery in the best possible way and to the highest possible standards.

After placing an order, we will produce a visual proof for you, showing how your artwork will look on the relevant garment template/s. All details, such as print dimensions, artwork positioning and exact colours will be specified here. This will be emailed to you for checking over. If any amendments are required, just email back (we do need these requests in writing rather than over the phone), and we will be happy to make them. We will then send you back a revised proof, and repeat this process as necessary until you are satisfied. Only once you have approved this will we proceed with production, meaning you can be confident that your printed garments will look exactly as you intended. Please take this proof as the final opportunity to ensure everything is correct, including all spelling, as once production has started, no further changes can be made.

The image below shows a sample proof, and explanations of it’s different parts.
